Breakaway Training’s Polices and Procedures


  1. There is a 3 month minimum contract for month-to-month coaching.
  2. All athletes must sign a contract/service agreement. Upon signing, the first and last month of coaching fees are due.
  3. To cancel month-to-month coaching please give 2 weeks notice before the next month of workout schedules are due to be delivered.
  4. Coached workout schedules start on the first Monday of the month
  5. Payment for coaching is due upon invoice receipt. Invoices are Emailed after service has been provided. Invoices can be sent to you via regular mail if requested. Payments can be made using Paypal or check. Checks are to be made out to Breakaway Training. Any payment that is not paid before the next billing cycle is sent out will roll over and will include a $5 late fee.
  6. Once the workout schedules have been delivered there can be one round of editing due to unforeseen circumstances (injury, sickness, travel, etc.).
  7. It is the athletes responsibility to inform Breakaway Training of changes to work or race schedule in a timely manner.

Weekly Classes

  1. Class Registration is required for weekly classes (Athletes Stretching Class, Conditioning Class, and Indoor Trainer Class). Classes meet once a week on a term basis.
  2. Current students are given priority registration for the following term.
  3. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. $20 non-refundable, nontransferable deposit is required for registration. This deposit will be refunded if the class is full or canceled.
  5. The balance is due the first day of class, or your registration will be canceled.
  6. You will only be contacted you if the class you signed up for is full. No news is good news!
  7. Drop-ins are only allowed in classes that are not full. Please call to confirm that there is space.
  8. Call to check If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. If you provided us with your email, you’ll receive an email message. Classes will be held as usual on all holidays unless specifically announced. Canceled classes will either be rescheduled or you will receive a voucher that can be applied to next term.
  9. Please be on time for class. Classes will start and end on time. Please do not arrive late.
  10. Please leave your cell phones, gum, perfume and worries outside the workout room.
  11. Students should advise the instructor of any health conditions.

  2. All Clients must sign a Service Agreement.

  6. Prices are subject to periodic increases. Currently coaching is $110 / month and one-on-one sessions are $60 / hour.
  7. Cancellation of pre-paid services are eligible for a 75% refund.
