Why videotape?
Video taping is a breakthrough method for improving technique and efficiency in stroke technique. Both swimmers and coaches are motivated by what they see and can learn from above and ander water taping.
It is one of the best ways to improve swimming technique and awareness.
Video taping significantly speeds up the learning curve by allowing the swimmer to see the errors while simultaneously getting expert feedback on how to correct them. It also promotes the transition to swimmers taking responsibility for their own performance and improvement.
