Virtual Cycling Class hosted using Zoom.
You are signing up for 4 classes / one class a week for 4 weeks. I am offering two class times. You can sign-up for one class a week ($45) or both classes ($75) - Use coupon code '15$0ff' for a discount for both classes.
Tue 6pm (May 5, 12, 19 and 26 2020)

This is different than a spin class: you ride your own bike on a stationary trainer in the comfort of your home. Classes are instructed by a professional cycling coach. They are a great way to get out of the cold, dark and rain of the winter months to work on your cycling fitness and pedaling technique in a fun, safe, and small group environment.
Each class will be a 60 minute workout that will include the following:
A thorough warm-up on the bike
Specific drills to improve pedaling efficiency and leg speed
Introduce interval training in a safe and fun small group environment.
Reinforce body awareness and alignment on the bike
A short cool-down on the bike (you can always spin by yourself to cool down for longer)
I plan to record the classes. If you miss a class you will have access to the recording for a limited time.
Make sure your volume is turned up on your device so you can hear me. If you're having trouble with low volume, consider using plugging in anxillary speakers or using earbuds.
What you need:
A computer / Ipad / Smart phone with Zoom downloaded.
Link to the Zoom meeting (This will be emailed to you the day before class.)
Your own music. I will not be playing music.
A clean and working bike with slick / smooth tires (no mountain bike tires with knobby tread)
Stationary Indoor Trainer
For those who are used to taking my indoor cycling class and want to do the Pre- and Post- exercise routines: Please do these before and after class by yourself. They will not be included in the virtual class. I will provide videos of the exercises for you to follow. (These are short routines to do off the bike). I recommend starting the Pre Exercise routine at 5:45pm for the 6pm class and 7:45am for the 8am class. Then be ready on your bike spinning to start class at 6pm or 8am. This will mean you will have your computer / iPad set up with zoom ready to go where you can see it from your bike.

You hereby agree that your heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and assigns will not make any claims against Breakaway Training, LLC and Julie Browning for injury or illness that may result from your participation in this program.
You hereby execute and deliver this Release and Liability Waiver to include Breakaway Training, LLC to permit you to participate in this program. You represent that you have taken the time to carefully read and understand the language and intent of this Release and Liability Waiver.
