Virtual Strength & Stretch Classes Hosted by Zoom


You are signing up for 4 classes / one class a week for 4 weeks. 

I am offering two class times. You can sign-up for one class a week ($45) or both classes ($75) - Use coupon code '15$0ff' for a discount for both classes.  


Tue 8am (May 5, 12, 19, and 26 2020)

and / or 

Thu 6pm (May 7, 14, 21, and 28 2020)


(Cycling Classes will be Tue 6pm and Thu 8am)

Workouts will include a mix of strength work, core work and stretching for cyclists and runners, or anyone looking for a fun and safe small group training experience.


I plan to record the classes. If you miss a class you will have access to the recording for a limited time. 


What you need:

  • A computer / Ipad / Smart phone with Zoom downloaded. 

  • Link to the Zoom meeting (This will be emailed to you the day before class.)

  • Yoga mat

  • Water bottle

  • Small hand towel

  • Two cans of food

  • 2 paper plates

  • Wooden chair

  • Something heavy (if you don't have weights get creative using gallon water jug, cast iron cookware, 12-pack). 

  • exercise bands, if you have them. 


Please know how to mute yourself in zoom. This will cut down on the background noise. Thank you. 


Make sure your volume is turned up on your device so you can hear me. If you're having trouble with low volume, consider using anxillary speakers or bluetooth earbuds. 


I will not be playing music, which means you can listen to your own playlist!

By continuing to watch and participate in this virtual exercise class, you are agreeing to the following:

You represent that you are physically capable of participating in vigorous cardiovascular exercise and in light of your prior health history, weight and physical condition; You have not been advised against participation in an exercise program by a qualified health professional.


You hereby waiving and releasing Breakaway Training, LLC and Julie Browning from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses or judgments, including attorney’s fees and court costs arising from any injury or illness that may result from participating in the Breakaway Training’s exercise classes. You hereby agree that your heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and assigns will not make any claims against Breakaway Training, LLC and Julie Browning for injury or illness that may result from your participation in this program.

You hereby execute and deliver this Release and Liability Waiver to include Breakaway Training, LLC to permit you to participate in this program. You represent that you have taken the time to carefully read and understand the language and intent of this Release and Liability Waiver.
